Occupational Therapy with Bright & Early:

1. Free Consultation

You’ll learn if your child will benefit from an OT evaluation. Reach out via phone, email, or this form to request your free consultation. Most consultations are about 20 minutes.

2. In-Depth Evaluation

We review your family’s priorities and your child’s medical history. We take a look at your' child’s skills and areas of need related to daily living. You receive a personalized report, including a treatment plan, if therapy is recommended. Evaluations are usually 60-90 minutes.

Therapy sessions are as often and as long as we need them to be. Most in-person visits are 45-60 minutes. Most families see significant improvements within 6 months of starting therapy.

3. Personalized Treatment

The early years in life are critical for establishing certain pathways in your child’s brain.

I’m Ready to Help

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Cristina Cintron, a bilingual pediatric occupational therapist with over 7 years of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep love and appreciation for the special years of life: early childhood.

I’ve worked with hundreds of families across California and Texas in early intervention and pediatric clinics, both in-person and virtually.

I founded Bright & Early OT so families could gain access to amazingly effective services that are truly customized and convenient.

I live in sunny East San Diego and travel back home to Texas whenever I can.
